Women's 1960's Style Short Flower Lace All Over Lace White Lined Dress

Up for your consideration is a white all-over lace dress.  Metal Zipper in the back with hook and eye closure at the top.  The dress is lined with a nude colored sheer voile material.  Lace flowers cover the entire surface of the dress.  The flowers are stitched onto a netted lace fabric.  No tags for size or manufacturer.  There is a small spot on the left elbow region.  The dress is small in nature so I would guess a size 3 or 5.  Measurements are as follows:
