Up for your consideration is a pair of vintage European dolls.  If I had to guess based on the costume and material, I would presume Austrian, or German or Hungarian.  They are absolutely beautiful.  I don't beleive they have ever been played with, only displayed from their condition.  Both have open and close eyes and the material of their bodies is either a light weight hard plastic or perhaps a celluloid material or something in between.  They appear to be wearing their original outfits.  Both are in very nice vintage condition.  They dolls without their hats measure approximately 12" in height.
