Unusual Printers Block Stamp Building With Trees College Campus

Up for your consideration is a vintage printers block.  It advertises the Smithville Recreation Association.  The writing is in a cursive similar to that of a sorority and is difficult to read upside down, however I did  read "Sigma" from the writing.  It is placed on a wooden block that does have ink stains and it measures approximately 2.75" x 3.75".   Please note this item has a white substance speckeled on the surface of the stamp.  I have not tried cleaning it.  Please, please, please email me with any questions.
