Up for your consideration is a doll shirt great for Robert Tonner dolls and similar sized dolls.  The bib-pantiloons measure approximately 6.25" from shoulder to hem, 2.25" from strap to strap.  The waist measure 3" flat, and it measures 4.5" from waist to hem.  The hat is reversible with a bow on the brim that can be flipped up when the green side is in.  The set looks like it would fit a 12-14" doll rather well, but please check the dimensions prior to purchase just to make sure it will fit your baby.
