Richer R B Pewter Girl Figurine Holding Doll & Boy W/ Rocking Horse

Up for your consideration is a pair of Richer pewter figures.  The first is a little girl holding a little doll.  She has R-B and a date (which I am unable to determine what it says)-I think 1986.  The second figure is a little boy holding a toy rocking horse.  He appears to have a signature on the back pant leg (see photo) but other than the "R" I am unable to tell what the other letters are.  Please email me with your questions.  Thank you for looking and have a wonderful day.
