Up for your consideration is a white and red polka-dot strapless dress.  I think it might be a Revlon or Jill dress.  There are two circle snap closures on the back.  It is in nice vintage condition.   There is a red tri ribbon along the top of the bodice and the dress measures 5.25" from bodice top to hem.
