Up for your consideration is a vintage Little Chap Family Room.  Please note, the box shows some wear from storage and age.   The box has some wear to it, however it has never been used.  Most of the inner pieces of furniture are still attached to their original cardboard backing.  Note some have fallen out.  The furniture has never been assembled which as you probably know is extremely rare.  Some of the pieces have a midew however, so please be aware of that.  I tried taking lots of photos to show the condition.  There is a tear near the floor corner of the room and a few of the sticker overlays are peeling back.  I have not addressed them but if someone where to do a light Elmers wash, I feel those areas would easily lay flat again.
