"When Baby says Goodnight",

The daisies go to sleep.
And up on high in yonder sky,
The Stars begin to Peep.
The Cowslip nods a drowsy head,
The sun that was so bright,
Goes down with a rosy bed.
When Baby says good-night.
When Baby says good-night, good-night,
The ever murm' ring streams.
That seaward flow, sing soft and low.
To bring happy dreams;
In every nest the song-birds rest,
And wait for morning light.
And breezes sign a hush-a-bye, When Baby says Good-Night."
