Up for your consideration is an baby doll dress.  The dress measures 7.75" in length from shoulder to hem.  There are two snaps in the back for closure.  The empire waist measures 4.5" aprox from one side to the other.  The waist of the panties measures 4.5" approx.  

Manequin's Sizing for reference - Approximate measurements are: 18 inches high,  Bust 9.5 inches approx,  Waist 6.5  inches approx,  Hip 9.75 inches approx.
