You are viewing a girls vintage yellow satin-like material.  It appears to be perhaps a girls size 6-9 months, however please not the measurements as there is no size tag inside.  The dress measures approx 14.5" from shoulder to hem, the waist measures approx 9.5" and the waist to hem measures approx 8.5".  Three fabric covered buttons up the back and a large ribbon to tie up into a bow.  Very nice vintage condition.
