Up for your consideration is a royal blue ball gown from Sweet Creations.  Sweetheart neckline, sleeveless with an attached slip trimmed in blue lace.  Two snaps down the back.  Dress is tagged Sweet Creations.  13.5" in length from top to hem, waist measures flat 2.5" approx.  Very nice gently used condition.
