Up for your consideration is a vintage Fisher Price #400 Wooden Donald Duck Pull Toy.  Original pull string appears to be attached.  Donald sits on a green wooden platform with red wheels and his arm raises up and down as he is drug along.  His baton will begin to twirl as his arm continues to lift up and down.  He also makes a quacking sound when pulled.  The lithos are in remarkable nice condition with light discoloration from age and appear to be mostly intact.  Some of the wooden edges have scrapes or scuffing (near the neck and top of the hat area to point out the major ones).  All in all and for his age, Donald is a very nice piece to add to your collection.   Please, please, please email me with questions.  Thank you for looking and have a wonderful day.
